Delivery Policy

Shipping Information:

All orders received via NUSAR SPORTS APPAREL PLT/ Nusar’s web portal will be processed for shipment within 3 working days.

Pos Laju Dispatch policy

All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak will be shipped via PosLaju or any other logistics Provider and normally takes within 2-5 business days, depending on PosLaju services. Tracking numbers will be provided after we have shipped out your parcel.

FlexiPack Dispatch policy

All orders outside Malaysia shall be shipped via POS Malaysia FlexiPack delivery service. Tracking numbers will be provided after we have shipped out your parcel

PLEASE NOTE

All packages will be sent via Pos Laju courier service (domestic Malaysia) and FlexiPack POS Malaysia (overseas).
Please note that Pos Laju operate and make deliveries from Monday – Saturday (except for the first Saturday of every month & public holidays).

Customers will receive an e-mail notification once the fulfilled order has been dispatched. Packages can be tracked via POSLaju and FlexiPack website.

Please allow 24 hours from receipt of e-mail notification before tracking the package.

NUSAR SPORTS would not be held responsible for any lost package or damaged goods en route delivery by courier companies.

All delivery charges would be shown during purchase check-out on Nusar E-Commerce system

DELIVERY CHARGES

*FlexiPack is a service for overseas delivery and shipment is trackable. The speed of delivery is slower than courier service.
