Exchange Policy


Please be informed that due to purpose hygiene, EXCHANGE policy is only applicable for materialdefect.  

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we  NUSAR SPORTS provides an Exchange policy .


1.0     TO CONFORM WITH EXCHANGE  

1. Customers are required;

        o To inform us the damaged, wrong, faulty or defect item by email us at [email protected]  within 24 hours of the time item’s received.

        o To return the defect item within 7 days of receipt date for an exchange of the same product. Any claims made over the 7 day period  will not be entertained 

2. Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, which include tags and packaging.

3. The goods are customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and            tags. Our company is not responsible for any items that are returned in error.

4. We recommend customers to use any postage service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

5. The returned costs are customers' responsibility.


What To Do If Customer Receives Damaged Item?


1. Customer will not be provided with monetary refund but replacement of the same or similar product. 
2. Return shipping charges are responsibilities of the customer.
3. Please inform us by emailing us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the item(s) received.
4. Please attach a copy of the courier receipt and an image of faulty item. Please mention “ For exchange” .

Replacement 

1. All replacement of the damage product will be subjected to the availability of stocks. 
2. Replacement of similar item but different color may be allowed but subject to availability of stock.
3. Exchange of different item must be of the same value or a higher value where the difference will be charged to the customer.
4. Replacement and exchange process will take up to 7 days upon receiving your return item excluding the period that will be taken for the item to be delivered to you via courier service.

Price Difference and Balance Payment for Exchange Item

1. For same price items: No balance payment to be paid by purchaser. 
2. For higher price items (Price Difference) : The difference in price shall be paid by the purchaser via our e-commerce system or transfer directly to our bank account before shipment is dispatched             out. 
3. All postage cost will be charged to the purchasers account. 

What if I accidentally paid more than once?


It is important that customer do not click the pay button twice even when the browser does not responding. Wait for the instruction. However, if it happens;
1. Please email us using the contact us form as soon as possible.
2. Customers must let us know the order number.
3. Customers must bear any bank charge due to money transferring between banks or by payment gateway providers.   

3.0 Rights to Reserve For Exchange


1. Nusar Sports reserve the right to refuse any Exchange or replacements at our own discretion should we determine that a buyer / customer have abused our Exchange Policy.
        a. Reasons such as:-
                i. “The color is different from my expectation from what I saw on the website”
                ii. “I don’t want the product after second thoughts” 
                iii. “Not liking the product in any circumstances”
                iv. Any other reason that is not related to material defect.

2. Also note that all returns for exchange will go through our Strict Return Quality Check to verify and determine a replacement claim before any exchange is made. 


ISSUE ON COLOR RESOLUTION / PATTERN 

We have tried our best to provide images which display colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors and details you see are depending on your devices screen quality hence the colors and details of the products may slightly be different.
